I follow strict confidentiality laws and keep all session information private. The online sessions are live so therefore they are not stored virtually and session information is kept between the client and myself.

Each therapy session is 50 minutes long and I meet with clients typically once a week. There are circumstances that clients need more sessions during a week and that is provided on a need basis.

In the United States, I am considered an out-of-network provider which means you will have to check the specifics of your policy for coverage and rates. In the rest of the world, that depends on the medical insurance system you have coverage.

Since I am a licensed therapist, I can provide you with invoices and receipts which you can submit to your insurance company. If they have any questions, I will provide my contact information to assist you in the process of getting reimbursed.

The safest and most stable platform is zoom. It is simple to download and user friendly. Before each session, you will receive an email with a zoom code to access the live online session.

A sliding scale fee is offered and discussed during the first session to help clients afford and maintain on-going therapy.

I work with clients from every time zone and accommodate for time differences with my flexible schedule. I currently live in Greece so have fun with time zones.
