Meditation Retreat

We are all so busy with all the relationships and projects of our lives that we rarely get the opportunity to deeply relax and rejuvenate…

Our habitual ways of relaxing provide temporary relief, and sometimes ever more harm, but the underlying mechanisms causing suffering remain unchanged. It takes time, energy, perseverance, and courage to see, accept, and transform these structures that begin at the energetic level and then reveals themselves in our bodies, mind, and emotions. I have decided that as part of my own on-going daily practices, I will now dedicate one day a month to silence, contemplation, and meditation.

Throughout my life I have been on dozens of retreats ranging from a day to six weeks…These have been invaluable and life transforming deep inner explorations. I yearn, which is the calling of Being, to start hosting these types of retreats and so therefore we will begin with a One Day Gathering:

Structure: The goal is to deeply immerse ourselves in silence. Therefore I suggest you set your day up so that there are minimum interruptions. This is your day of silence (of course, if you MUST break the silence, do so, otherwise make your prior preparations so you can hold to the SILENCE.)

NO TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DAY EXCEPT THE ZOOM SESSIONS TOGETHER.
YOU CAN ATTEND ONE OR AS MANY SESSIONS AS YOU LIKE.

I understand that all of you are from all over the world and some of the session times may work for you while others not. Please do your best to attend as many sessions as possible.

Suggested donation for the day – $50

Please email me and let me know if you will be attending in any format you like. I am keeping this group limited in number to as to create a level of intimacy needed for such practices and experiences. Finally, I plan to repeat these days monthly.
